Belimy Avocat, a international law firm in Paris

Belimy Avocat was created in 2020.

It focuses on the following areas of activity:

  • General business and commercial law (contracts, corporations, disputes), with emphasis on cross-border matters;
  • Regulatory compliance in the fields of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering and international sanctions;
  • Non-profit organisations and charities;
  • Immigration law and asylum law.

The firm attaches particular importance to public interest lawyering and accepts to devote a meaningful portion of its activity to pro bono services.

Delphine Nougayrède’s commercial and corporate practice spans over twenty-five years in global law firms, including ten as a partner. From successive bases in Paris, Moscow, Brussels and New York, she has built a robust generalist profile in international business law and was recognized as such in major international directories, including Chambers and Legal 500.

Since 2015, Delphine Nougayrède has been a lecturer at Columbia Law School in New York where she has also conducted research activities. She has authored two books and over ten research articles published in reputable international law journals (see publications).
